Wonder Studio is an innovative AI tool that simplifies the process of creating CGI-heavy films by automating most of the labor-intensive VFX work. This web-based platform enables artists to create films with CGI characters with just a camera and without the need for complicated 3D software or expensive production hardware. Wonder Studio does not require any production hardware or equipment, including a MoCap suit. It captures the actors’ performances, lighting, compositing, camera motion, and other elements through the analysis of footage from a single camera. The AI then automatically animates, lights, and composes the CG character directly into the live-action scene, without the need for heavy frame-by-frame VFX work.

Wonder Studio’s system automates 80% – 90% of the “objective” frame-by-frame VFX work, leaving the artist with the remaining “subjective” work. The output can be exported into the software that the artist already uses, such as Maya, Unreal, Blender, Nuke, and other VFX software.
